🍋 How to Prepare Clove, Cinnamon & Lemon Tea
Ingredients:
2 cups (500 ml) of water
1 cinnamon stick (or ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder)
4–5 whole cloves
Juice of ½ a fresh lemon
(Optional) 1 teaspoon of raw honey for taste
Preparation:
Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.
Add the cinnamon and cloves.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer gently for 7–10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and allow it to cool slightly (so it’s warm, not hot).
Add the lemon juice (and honey, if desired) and stir well.
Strain and serve warm.
How to Use:
