How to Prepare:
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic, onion, and tomato until soft.
2️⃣ Add the squid and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly firm.
3️⃣ Pour in soy sauce, vinegar, and water. Add the squid ink and stir well.
4️⃣ Simmer for 10–15 minutes on low heat until sauce thickens.
5️⃣ Garnish with spring onions and serve hot with steamed rice! 🍚✨
