Frozen Yogurt Bark Recipe – Easy and Healthy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain or flavored Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Yogurt Base:
    • In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread the Mixture:
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the sheet, about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Add Toppings:
    • Sprinkle the fresh berries, granola, nuts, and chocolate chips evenly over the yogurt layer.
  4. Freeze:
    • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 3-4 hours or until the yogurt is firm.
  5. Break Into Pieces:
    • Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer. Lift it out using the parchment paper and break it into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Store & Serve:
    • Store the yogurt bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Serve directly from the freezer.
