Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

These healthy peanut butter banana cookies are naturally sweetened, flourless, and perfect for a guilt-free snack or breakfast treat!

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened, no added sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • Optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Oven
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Wet Ingredients
    • In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Combine with Dry Ingredients
    • Add the oats to the wet mixture and stir until fully incorporated. If using, fold in dark chocolate chips or raisins.
  4. Form the Cookies
    • Scoop tablespoons of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, gently flattening each one into a cookie shape.
  5. Bake

    • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
