Butterfinger Balls

The perfect sweet treat that’s easy to make and loved by all! These Butterfinger Balls are no-bake, bite-sized, and irresistible.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smooth melting)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Mixture:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger candy, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Stir until the mixture is well combined and forms a sticky dough.
  2. Form the Balls:
    • Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll it into smooth, bite-sized balls using your hands.
  3. Melt the Chocolate:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Coat the Balls:
    • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Use a fork to help with dipping, and let excess chocolate drip off.
  5. Place on Tray:
    • Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined baking tray. Repeat the process with all the mixture.
  6. Chill:
    • Place the baking tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the chocolate has completely set.
  7. Serve & Enjoy:
    • Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
