  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Cucumber Slices:
    • Wash and dry the cucumbers thoroughly. Slice them into thin, even rounds (about 1/8 inch thick) to ensure even crisping.
  3. Season the Cucumber Rounds:
