2-Ingredient Pizza Chips

Craving a crunchy snack with pizza flavor? These 2-ingredient pizza chips are quick to make, low-carb, and packed with cheesy goodness. Perfect for guilt-free munching!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place small mounds of shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  3. Use the back of a spoon to gently flatten the cheese mounds into thin circles.
  4. Add a small dollop of pizza sauce (about 1/2 teaspoon) to the center of each cheese circle and lightly spread it.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese are golden and crispy.
  6. Allow the pizza chips to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before carefully transferring them to a plate.
