1 teaspoon dried oregano

150g (1½ cups) grated mozzarella cheese
50g (½ cup) grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups (500 ml) milk
100 ml (⅓ cup) heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced

Preheat the Oven:
