Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can Rotel (10 oz), drained well
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups Bisquick (or other baking mix)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
- Mix the ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, shredded cheese, and Bisquick. Mix until fully combined. You can use your hands or a stand mixer. - Shape the balls:
Roll into 1 to 1 ½-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart. - Bake:
