Ingredients:
1/2 cup small tapioca pearls (sago)
2 cups fresh mango, diced
2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
1 cup nata de coco, drained
1 can coconut milk
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup milk or evaporated milk
Ice cubes or crushed ice, for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the Sago (Tapioca Pearls):
Boil a pot of water. Add the tapioca pearls and cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn translucent. Drain the cooked sago and rinse under cold water. Set aside to cool.
2. Prepare the Fruit and Nata:
Dice the fresh mangoes and strawberries into small cubes. Drain and cut the nata de coco into bite-sized pieces if needed.
3. Mix the Liquid Base:
In a large pitcher or bowl, combine coconut milk, condensed milk, and milk or evaporated milk. Stir until smooth. Adjust sweetness if desired (more condensed milk or sugar).
4. Assemble the Drink:
Add the cooked sago, diced mango, diced strawberries, and nata de coco to the milk mixture. Stir gently to combine everything evenly.
5. Serve:
Fill glasses with ice cubes or crushed ice.
Pour the mango strawberry nata sago drink over the ice.
Optional: Garnish with extra mango or strawberry cubes on top.
