Ingredients (for about 8 pancakes):

🧀 250 g semi-fat cottage cheese (Piątnica or Mlekpol can be used)
🍌 1 ripe banana (optional for sweetness)
🧈 1 tablespoon melted butter (or coconut oil)
🧂 A pinch of salt
🍯 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
