Today, I want to share a “Three Minute” jam recipe with you. This jam is quick to prepare, taking only a few minutes, while preserving the maximum amount of beneficial vitamins.
INGREDIENTS:
raspberries – 1 kg
blackberries – 1 kg
blackcurrants (frozen) – 1.1 kg
sugar – 1.5 kg
Zhelfix (orange) – 3 packets of 25 g each
Preparing the berries :
The raspberries and blackberries are lightly chopped. If you prefer a smooth jam without lumps, you can use an immersion blender.
If the blackcurrants are frozen, pour them into a saucepan and heat until they are soft, then chop them lightly as well.

For each of the three packets of Jelfix, add 2 tablespoons of sugar (6 tablespoons total) and mix well. This is the total amount of sugar indicated in the recipe.
Mix the ingredients :
Combine all the berries in a saucepan. If the berries are fresh, do not heat them beforehand. Add the jelfix along with the sugar and the remaining sugar.
Stir and bring to a boil. While the mixture is heating, large pieces of berries can be chopped in.

When the mixture boils, start adding sugar in small portions to facilitate mixing. For 3 kg of berries, I add 1.5 kg of sugar.
Bring the mixture back to a boil, reduce the heat and let it cook for exactly 3 minutes, remembering to stir occasionally.
Canning :

Pour the jam into clean, dry, sterilized jars and screw the lids on tightly.
Leave the jars on the table until they have cooled completely, then put them away.
Thus, you can make jam not only from a mixture of berries, but also from any type of berries or fruit.
Advantages of Gelfix:
Jelfix is a plant-based gelling agent that reduces the cooking time for jam. It helps the jam retain the natural taste and color of the fruits and berries, and also keeps well for several years.
Try this recipe if you haven’t yet made jam with jelfix. It turns out thick, fragrant, and very tasty.
