Stuffing Balls

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared stuffing, chopped onion, chopped celery, melted butter, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. If you like, add chopped fresh herbs for additional flavor.
  3. Gradually add the chicken or vegetable broth to the mixture, stirring well to moisten the stuffing. The mixture should hold together when pressed but not be too wet.
  1. Shape the stuffing mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Optional: If you want a crispier exterior, you can broil the stuffing balls for an additional 2-3 minutes, but keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
  1. Remove the stuffing balls from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve the stuffing balls as a side dish with your favorite holiday meal.

These stuffing balls are a convenient and tasty alternative to traditional stuffing. They are great for portion control and can be easily enjoyed as a side dish or as appetizers for holiday gatherings.
