Chocolate Delight
Ingredients:
- 1 (16 oz) tub Cool Whip
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (5.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding
- 1 (5.9 oz) package instant vanilla pudding
- 4 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate Teddy Grahams
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 stick butter
Instructions:
- Prepare Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a food processor, pulse 1 1/4 cups Teddy Grahams and 1/2 cup walnuts until finely ground. Combine the ground mixture with the melted butter and press it into the bottom of a 9″×13″ casserole dish to form the crust. Bake for 15 minutes until set. Allow to cool completely.
- Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, half of the tub of Cool Whip, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Layer Cream Cheese Mixture: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Prepare Pudding Layer: In another bowl, mix together both packages of instant pudding with the milk until thickened.
- Layer Pudding: Gently spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with Cool Whip: Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pudding layer.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle the remaining crushed Teddy Grahams and chopped walnuts over the top of the Cool Whip layer.
- Refrigerate: Cover the casserole dish and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
- Serve: Once chilled, slice and serve this delicious Chocolate Delight to enjoy the creamy, chocolatey goodness!
