4-Ingredient Quick Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 2 cups mini chocolate chips
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 5 tbsp butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the yellow cake mix, mini chocolate chips, beaten eggs, and melted butter until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes:
- You can substitute the yellow cake mix with white cake mix if preferred.
- Store any leftovers loosely wrapped in plastic wrap at room temperature for up to 3 days.
