4-Ingredient Quick Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 5 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the yellow cake mix, mini chocolate chips, beaten eggs, and melted butter until just combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes:

  • You can substitute the yellow cake mix with white cake mix if preferred.
  • Store any leftovers loosely wrapped in plastic wrap at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • Get creative with decorations if desired, but remember to have fun with it!
