Ingredients:
• 1 large aloe vera leaf (fresh gel inside)
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 1 liter of water
• 1 tbsp honey (optional)
How to Make:
1. Cut the aloe vera leaf, remove the outer skin, and take only the clear gel.
2. Rinse the gel very well to remove any bitterness.
3. Cut the gel into small cubes.
4. In a pot, boil 1 liter of water with cinnamon sticks for 10 minutes.
5. Let the water cool down a bit.
6. Add the aloe vera cubes and honey (optional), and stir gently.
7. Store in the fridge and drink cold. 🥤❄
