Peanut Butter Cups – Recipe 🍫🥜
🔸 Ingredients:
• 1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips (melted)
• ½ cup creamy peanut butter
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
• A pinch of salt (optional)
🔸 Directions:
1️⃣ Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners (or use silicone molds).
2️⃣ Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave (15-second intervals).
3️⃣ Spoon 1 tsp of melted chocolate into each liner and spread to cover the bottom. Chill for 5–10 minutes.
4️⃣ In another bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter until creamy.
5️⃣ Add a small scoop of the peanut butter mixture on top of each chocolate base.
6️⃣ Cover with more melted chocolate until completely sealed.
7️⃣ Chill for 20–30 minutes until firm.
8️⃣ Remove from liners and enjoy that perfect snap of chocolate with a smooth, nutty center 😋
💡 Tip: You can sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top before chilling for an extra gourmet touch!
