Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

Olive oil, as needed
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning, to taste
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Directions
Prep the potatoes: Wash and cube the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley until evenly coated.
Air fry the potatoes: Place seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally for even cooking.
Prepare the steak bites: While the potatoes cook, cube the strip steaks. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning.
Cook the steak: Once the potatoes are done, set them aside. Place steak bites in the air fryer and cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 7 minutes or until desired doneness.
Make the garlic butter: In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic and dried parsley until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Combine and serve: Drizzle the garlic butter over the cooked steak bites and toss to coat. Serve the steak bites on top of the crispy potatoes for a complete dish.
Tips & Variations
For extra crispy potatoes, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes before air frying, then pat dry.
Use ribeye or sirloin steak for a different texture and flavor.
Add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese over the potatoes before serving for extra richness.
Make it spicy by adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 5-7 minutes to retain crispiness, or in a skillet over medium heat.
