Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment.
In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread in a single layer without crowding. Bake 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until deeply golden and crisp at the edges.
Combine Parmesan, parsley, and minced fresh garlic in a small bowl.
While fries are hot, transfer to a bowl and sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the top. Toss to coat so the cheese melts slightly. Serve immediately.

Tips & Variations
Extra crisp: Soak cut fries in cold water 20–30 minutes, then dry very well before seasoning.
Air fryer: Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 16–20 minutes, shaking the basket a few times.
Cheese options: Try Pecorino Romano or Asiago for a sharper finish.
Dips: Garlic aioli, marinara, ranch, or lemon-herb yogurt pair beautifully.
