Baked Mac & Cheese Recipe

Cook Pasta
Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter.
Add flour and whisk for 1 min (to make a roux).
Slowly add warm milk, whisking until smooth and thick.
Stir in cheddar and Parmesan until melted and creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Combine
Mix the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce.
Bake
Transfer to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella (and extra cheddar if you like).
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve Hot
