Cream Cheese Glaze
Ingredients:
4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp milk or heavy cream (to thin)
Instructions:
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then mix well.
Add milk or cream gradually until smooth and pourable.
Drizzle over cooled bread and let it set before slicing.
4. Strawberry Chocolate Chips Banana Bread
Ingredients
Dry Mix:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Wet Mix:
½ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add-ins:
2 cups chopped fresh strawberries (pat dry with paper towels)
1 cup chocolate chips (plus a few for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Combine dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk oil, sugars, eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine: Add dry ingredients to wet, stirring gently until just mixed.
Fold in strawberries and chocolate chips.
Bake: Pour into pan, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
Cool: Let cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
5. Blueberry Banana Bread
Ingredients
Dry Mix:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Wet Mix:
½ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add-ins:
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (if using frozen, don’t thaw)
1 tbsp flour (to toss blueberries — prevents sinking)
Instructions

Mix dry ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk oil, sugars, eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine: Add dry ingredients to wet and stir gently until just mixed — don’t overmix.
Toss blueberries with 1 tbsp flour, then gently fold into batter.
Bake: Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
