What You’ll Need
5–6 dried bay leaves
1 cup water
1 teaspoon cornstarch (for extra firming power)

How to Make the Bay Leaf Firming Toner
Boil the bay leaves in 1 cup of water for about 10 minutes.
Strain and let the water cool slightly.
Mix in the cornstarch until smooth and slightly thickened.
Add rose water or vitamin E oil if desired.
Apply the warm (not hot) mixture to clean skin using a cotton pad or brush.
Leave it on for 15–20 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
