🔸 Ingredients:
For the cake layers:
• 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 1 cup butter (softened)
• 1 ½ cups brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies

For the frosting:
• 250g cream cheese
• ½ cup butter (softened)
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• ½ cup Biscoff spread (or cookie butter)

For the caramel sauce:
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 4 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp salt

For garnish:
• Extra Biscoff crumbs
• Caramel drizzle

🔸 Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line three round cake pans.
2️⃣ In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
3️⃣ Combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture.
4️⃣ Fold in crushed Biscoff crumbs, then divide the batter into the pans and bake for 25–30 minutes. Let cool completely.
5️⃣ For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and Biscoff spread until creamy.
6️⃣ Make caramel by melting sugar in a saucepan until golden. Add butter and cream, stir until smooth, and cool slightly.
7️⃣ Assemble: Layer cake + frosting + caramel drizzle, repeat until done.
