Cheesy Beef & Potato Burritos – Full Recipe 🌯🔥

🔹 Ingredients (for 4 burritos):
• 4 large flour tortillas
• 400g ground beef
• 3 medium potatoes (peeled and diced)
• 1 small onion (chopped)
• 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any melting cheese)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp chili powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish

🔹 Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the Potatoes:
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and fry the diced potatoes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Beef Mixture:
In the same pan, add another tbsp of oil and sauté the onion and bell pepper until soft.
Add ground beef, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and juicy.

3️⃣ Combine & Fill:
Add the fried potatoes into the beef mixture and stir well. Sprinkle cheese over the top and let it melt slightly.

4️⃣ Assemble the Burritos:
Lay a tortilla flat, spoon in the cheesy beef and potato mixture, and roll tightly.

5️⃣ Toast the Burritos:
Place the rolled burritos on a hot pan for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

6️⃣ Serve Hot:
Cut in half, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with a side of spicy sauce or sour cream for dipping.

💡 Tip: You can also add jalapeños or drizzle some hot cheese sauce on top for an extra indulgent bite 😋
