Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness between plastic wrap for even cooking.
Place a slice of Swiss cheese and ham on each flattened chicken breast. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dredge each chicken roll in flour, then coat in egg, and finally press into the breadcrumb mixture for a thick, even coating.
Arrange the breaded rolls in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the breading is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
