Chocolate Glazed Donuts – Recipe 🍩🍫

🔸 Ingredients:
For the donuts:
• 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
• ½ cup warm milk
• ¼ cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• ¼ cup melted butter
• ½ tsp salt
• Oil for frying

For the chocolate glaze:
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 100g melted chocolate (for richness)

For topping:
• Mini chocolate chips (optional but delicious 🍫)

🔸 Directions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 10 minutes until frothy.
2️⃣ Add eggs, melted butter, and salt. Gradually mix in the flour until a soft dough forms.
3️⃣ Knead the dough for about 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
4️⃣ Roll the dough out to ½ inch thickness and cut out donut shapes. Let them rest 15–20 minutes.
5️⃣ Fry in hot oil (medium heat) until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
6️⃣ For the glaze: whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla, and melted chocolate until smooth.
7️⃣ Dip each donut into the glaze, top with chocolate chips, and let set for a few minutes.
