1️⃣ In a bowl, mash the cottage cheese and banana with a fork until smooth.

3️⃣ Heat a non-stick pan (preferably with a drop of coconut oil 🥥). 4️⃣ Pour a thin layer of the mixture into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
