Ingredients:
• Ready-made croissant dough (or puff pastry)
• 2 chicken breasts (boiled & shredded)
• 2 tbsp cream cheese
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt & black pepper (to taste)
• 1/4 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
• 1 egg (for brushing)
How to Make:
1. Boil the chicken until soft, then shred it.
2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with cream cheese, mayo, butter, paprika, cheese, salt & pepper.
3. Roll out the croissant dough into triangles.
4. Place a spoon of chicken filling on the wide end of the triangle.
5. Roll it up into croissant shape.
6. Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–18 minutes or until golden.
