Ingredients:
• 200g milk chocolate
• 100g Nutella
• 1 cup roasted hazelnuts
• ½ cup crushed wafer biscuits
Preparation Steps:
1. Crush the wafers:
Place the wafer biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them gently using a rolling pin until they become small crumbs.
2. Mix with Nutella:
In a bowl, mix the crushed wafers with Nutella until you get a smooth, thick paste.
3. Shape the balls:
Take a small spoonful of the mixture, put one roasted hazelnut in the center, and roll it into a small ball.
4. Melt the chocolate:
Break the milk chocolate into pieces and melt it using a double boiler (or in the microwave for 20 seconds at a time, stirring each time).
5. Coat the balls:
Optionally, mix some finely chopped hazelnuts into the melted chocolate for extra crunch.
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
6. Let them set:
Place the coated balls on parchment paper and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
