Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies – Recipe 🍪
🔸 Ingredients:
• 1 cup (225g) softened butter
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup white sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chunks or chips
• Optional: a pinch of sea salt on top
🔸 Directions:
1️⃣ In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy and smooth.
2️⃣ Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
4️⃣ Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
5️⃣ Fold in the chocolate chunks evenly.
6️⃣ Chill the dough for 30–60 minutes (for thicker cookies).
7️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Scoop dough onto a lined tray.
8️⃣ Bake for 10–12 minutes, just until edges turn golden but center is still soft.
