🔹 Ingredients:
• 500g white fish fillet (tilapia, cod, or dory), cut into strips
• ½ cup cornstarch
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 egg (lightly beaten)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Oil for frying
For the stir-fry:
• 1 small red bell pepper (sliced)
• 1 small green bell pepper (sliced)
• 1 carrot (julienned)
• 1 small onion (sliced)
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• Green onions for garnish

1️⃣ Prepare the Fish:
Season fish fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dip each piece in the beaten egg, then coat with a mix of cornstarch and flour.
