Instructions:
1. In a bowl, marinate the pork in soy sauce, garlic, and bay leaves for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the marinated pork until slightly browned.
3. Pour in the marinade and add water. Bring to a boil.
4. Add vinegar (do not stir yet). Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add peppercorns and sugar, then stir.
6. Simmer for 40–50 minutes until the pork is tender and the sauce is thick.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice. 🍚
