2 cups pumpkin (peeled and cubed)
1 to 2 cups water or coconut water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
A pinch of ground nutmeg (optional)
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions:
Prepare the pumpkin: Peel and cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
Blend: In a blender, add the pumpkin pieces, water (or coconut water), cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and maple syrup or honey (if using).
Blend until smooth. You can adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
Add lemon: Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for a burst of freshness. Serving: Pour the spiced pumpkin juice into a glass and serve chilled.
