Crispy Pan-Fried Dumplings – Full Recipe 🥟🔥

🔹 Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ¾ cup warm water
• 250g ground pork (or chicken/beef)
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tbsp grated ginger
• 1 stalk green onion (chopped)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for topping)
• Oil for frying

🔹 Instructions:

1️⃣ Make the Dough:
In a bowl, mix the flour and warm water until smooth. Knead for 5–7 minutes until elastic, then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2️⃣ Prepare the Filling:
In another bowl, combine ground meat, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger, green onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.

3️⃣ Shape the Dumplings:
Roll the dough into small balls, flatten each one, and place 1 spoon of filling in the center. Pinch the edges to seal the dumpling tightly.

4️⃣ Cook the Dumplings:
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Arrange the dumplings in a circle and fry on medium heat until the bottoms are golden brown.
Add ¼ cup of water, cover, and steam for 5–6 minutes until fully cooked. Remove the lid and let them crisp up again.

5️⃣ Finish & Serve:
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top. Serve hot with soy-vinegar dipping sauce or chili oil 🌶

💡 Tip: For extra crispiness, mix a teaspoon of flour into the frying water — it gives the dumplings that signature golden “lace” crust
