½ cup heavy cream or whole milk
1 tsp dried thyme or 1 tbsp fresh
2 lbs baby potatoes Halved or quartered if large
2 tbsp butter
Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Season the Pork Chops
Pat chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2️⃣ Sear the Meat
Heat oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Sear pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Aromatics
In the same pan, add sliced onions. Cook for 5 minutes until soft and golden.
Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
4️⃣ Make the Gravy
Sprinkle flour over the onions and stir to coat.
