🔸 Ingredients:
For the mango:
• 1 large green mango (unripe, peeled & sliced)
• 2 tbsp tamarind paste or sauce
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp chili powder or crushed chili
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 small red chili (finely chopped, optional)

For the fried breadfruit:
• 1 small breadfruit (peeled & cut into chunks or wedges)
• Oil for frying
• Salt for seasoning

For topping:
• Extra chili flakes
• A squeeze of lime juice
• Sea salt

🔸 Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the sauce by mixing tamarind paste, sugar, chili powder, and salt until thick and balanced in flavor.
2️⃣ Heat oil and deep fry the breadfruit pieces until golden and crisp. Drain and sprinkle lightly with salt.
3️⃣ Slice the green mango and coat it with the chili-tamarind sauce.
