Sugar-Free Condensed Milk with Just 3 Ingredients

Instructions
In a saucepan, pour the milk and place it on medium heat. Allow it to warm up without boiling, then add the butter. Stir continuously until the butter melts completely.
Add the erythritol or your chosen sugar-free sweetener to the warm milk mixture. Stir well until the sweetener fully dissolves. Continue to cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reduces to about half its original volume. This will take around 30–40 minutes.
Once the mixture thickens and reaches a creamy, condensed consistency, remove it from heat and let it cool. Blend or whisk it for a smoother texture if desired. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Tips
For a richer flavor, you can use heavy cream instead of regular milk.
If you prefer a vegan option, use coconut milk and coconut oil instead of dairy milk and butter.
Stir occasionally while cooking to prevent burning or sticking at the bottom of the pan.
You can adjust the sweetness by increasing or decreasing the amount of erythritol.
