This creamy frozen dessert with raisins is a smooth and indulgent treat, blending the richness of whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk with the soft sweetness of plump raisins. No baking required and easy to freeze, it’s perfect for warm afternoons, festive gatherings, or a comforting make-ahead dessert. The raisins are soaked to make them plump and juicy, then folded into a creamy base that sets into a soft frozen mousse that can be sliced or scooped. Serve it in scoops, slices, or layered parfaits with crushed cookies or nuts for extra texture.
