High Protein Cookie Dough

A healthy and indulgent snack, this High Protein Cookie Dough is perfect for satisfying cravings while fueling your body. No baking required and packed with protein!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (your favorite brand)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Mix the Dry Ingredients
    • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and protein powder. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Add the Wet Ingredients
    • Add peanut butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Fold in the Chocolate Chips
    • Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips for a perfect cookie dough texture.
  4. Adjust Consistency
    • If the dough is too thick, add almond milk one teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Serve and Enjoy
