Steak Bites with Garlic Butter

Tender, seared steak bites tossed in a rich, savory garlic butter—ready in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley (optional)

Directions:

  1. Season the steak:
Pat steak bites dry with a paper towel. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the steak:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the steak in a single layer (work in batches if needed) and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Make garlic butter:
Reduce heat to medium-low. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Stir constantly for 1–2 minutes until garlic is fragrant but not browned.
  4. Combine:
Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter to coat evenly.
  5. Garnish and serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Perfect with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted veggies.
