Ingredients:
- 1 loaf French bread (day-old or slightly stale), cubed
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 8 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, for greasing

Directions:
1. Prep the Dish:
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
- Layer half of the bread cubes in the dish, top with half the banana slices. Repeat with remaining bread and bananas.
