  3. Mix the ingredients until a dough forms, then knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  1. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours, or until it doubles in size.
  2. Preheat your oven to the highest temperature (usually around 475°F/245°C).
  3. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired size. For a large pizza, you can make a round shape or a rectangular shape, depending on your preference.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet.
