High Protein Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons almond milk (optional, for consistency)
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or sweetener of choice (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, and cocoa powder. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
  2. If the mixture is too thick, add almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until your desired consistency is reached.
  3. Taste and add honey or your preferred sweetener if needed for additional sweetness.
  4. Transfer the pudding to serving bowls or glasses.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes for a firmer texture, or enjoy immediately if you prefer it soft and creamy.
