Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives (optional)
- 5 large flour tortillas
Directions
1. Prepare the Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning mix. Beat until smooth and well blended.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, bell peppers, and black olives (if using). Mix until evenly combined.
2. Assemble the Roll Ups:
- Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the taco filling evenly across the entire tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end, to form a log.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
3. Chill and Slice:
- Wrap each tortilla log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to firm up.
- Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and slice the tortilla rolls into 1-inch pieces.
4. Serve and Enjoy:
- Arrange the roll ups on a serving platter.
- Garnish with extra green onions or a sprinkle of shredded cheese if desired. Serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping.
