Crack Chicken Sliders

These sliders are the ultimate comfort food—creamy, cheesy, and packed with bacon and ranch flavor, perfect for any gathering or family meal.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the Chicken Mixture:

  • In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing until well combined.

3. Assemble the Sliders:

  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them.
  • Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls back on.

4. Make the Butter Topping:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, ranch seasoning mix, and garlic powder.
  • Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.

5. Bake the Sliders:

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.

6. Garnish and Serve:

  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh touch, if desired.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
