Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: Ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and evenly divide the chicken mixture among them. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form wraps.
  4. Brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter.
  5. Place the wraps seam-side down in the preheated skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from skillet, garnish with chopped parsley (if desired), and serve with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
