Two-Spoon Morning Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions:
