Homemade Collagen Drink for Pain, Inflammation & Joint Health

Ingredients:

✅ 2 chicken feet (or beef bones rich in cartilage)
✅ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
✅ 4 cups water
✅ 1 tsp turmeric (for anti-inflammatory benefits)
✅ 1 clove garlic (optional, for extra healing properties)
✅ 1/2 tsp black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the bones: If using chicken feet, clean and blanch them in hot water for 5 minutes.
  2. Simmer: Add the bones, water, and apple cider vinegar to a pot. Let it sit for 30 minutes to help break down the collagen.
  3. Cook: Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 6–8 hours (or longer for richer broth).
