Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni (or diced pepperoni)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- Grated Parmesan & parsley for garnish (optional)
- Extra pizza sauce for dipping
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning evenly over the sauce.
- Roll up the dough tightly from the long edge (like a cinnamon roll), then slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Place rolls flat on the baking sheet. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with Parmesan and parsley if desired, and serve with extra warm pizza sauce for dipping!
