Homemade Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni (or diced pepperoni)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • Grated Parmesan & parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Extra pizza sauce for dipping

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning evenly over the sauce.
  5. Roll up the dough tightly from the long edge (like a cinnamon roll), then slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
  6. Place rolls flat on the baking sheet. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley if desired, and serve with extra warm pizza sauce for dipping!
