Steak Marinade

This flavorful steak marinade is perfect for making any cut of steak juicy, tender, and bursting with savory flavors! The perfect blend of spices, tang, and a touch of sweetness—sure to be a hit every time!


Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Prepare the marinade:
    In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and salt. Whisk everything together until smooth and well-combined.
  2. Marinate the steak:
    Place your steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it’s fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably 2–4 hours for maximum flavor. If you’re in a hurry, even 15 minutes can work, but longer marination yields better results!
  3. Cook the steak:
    Remove the steak from the marinade (discard the marinade) and cook it to your desired level of doneness on the grill, stovetop, or oven.

Marinate Time: 30 minutes to 4 hours
